Chance’s Master’s degree in Learning Clinic from San Francisco State University has launched a varied and productive career. Chance has worked for the University of California at Davis for 18 years, designing and delivering over thirty different training topics. He designed and delivered hundreds of trainings for Santa Rosa Junior College over the past 26 years. Chance has written four books (three on learning and one on managing time).

Chance has worked with over 300 organizations, from Agilent to Zero King. He currently coaches executives in leadership and creativity, strategic and succession planning. He is training groups both within academic settings and in the private sector. Chance is a very effective innovator contributing to long term gains in customer service, employee loyalty and increased profits.
