Learning means bringing information into one’s mind, effectively linking that information with what is already known and useful and then bringing it out in action in productive ways. We employ a myriad of techniques in all our training, coaching and consulting. We first get people ready to learn by asking for their needs and styles. When we work with people we use all the senses including taste, touch and smell. We get people to move around, talk with one another, build and engage in projects. We help create associative connections through all ten common intelligences. We encourage people to learn how they learn and to be assertive in relation to how information is presented to them. We know that trainees are learning what they are doing, so we have participants do as much as possible in the session. Our most popular developmental program involves participant interviews, four one-and-a-half sessions over four weeks complemented by one-on-one coaching with a follow-up session after another month.
