Reach for a star!  After you have unabashedly accounted for all the things you enjoy doing and all the things you have successfully collaborated on and all the things you have accomplished: dream!  Compile lists of strengths, skills, talents, attitudes and loves which make work satisfying and fun, then cast that net of success into your future.

What is the very greatest set of outcomes you can imagine?  What do you want more of?  What conditions, services and products would you be excited to create?  When everything is perfect, what will your work life be like?  When everything is perfect, how will your unit or organization operate?  When everything is perfect what experiences will your customers have?  How will they feel?  What will compel them to tell their friends how wonderful you and your organization are?

Visioning for an individual can be well done in a matter of hours.  Creating that Big, Hairy, Audacious Vision for a unit or an organization will take one or two whole days.
